Day 1: Arrival

Arrive Zanzibar airport and transfer to Le Mersenne Beach Resort for check-in, dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Jozani Forest & Spice Tour

In the morning at 10:00 am the driver/guide will pick you up from the hotel and take you to Jozani Natural Forest that is located in the central east region of the Zanzibar Island. It is home to the rare Red Colobus Monkeys, which is endemic species in Zanzibar. These Monkeys are full of character, and quarters just outside the reserve, perimeters and are incredibly photogenic. Jozani is to other species including Sykes, monkeys, small buck and bush pig.
After Jozani Forest at 1:00pm you will begin the trip to Spice Tour at Kizimbani Spice farm. On this tour you will see and taste the tropical fruits, spices plantation or plots in the island. A variety of spices plants used as ornament, medicines, flowers, fruits and another interesting flora can be seen during spice tour. The tour will end at 04:00pm and you will be taken back to your hotel.

Day 3: Mnemba Island

In the morning at 7:30 am the driver will pick you up from the hotel to Mnemba Island. This is a small island located outside the northeast coast of Zanzibar. The Island is famous for its crystal-clear water and astounding coral reefs that have a wide variety of corals, sea stars and fish species. On the way to Mnemba there is a high chance to see dolphins and you are free to jump in and swim with them. If the tide is low, we also stop by Mnemba sandbank and you can get off there for a while, before we do snorkel around Mnemba.

When we reach Mnemba you will be snorkeling while we prepare the seafood BBQ lunch. On the way back you will enjoy a relaxing time on the boat with fresh seasonal fruits while we raise up the sailing and sail all the way back to Zanzibar during the beautifully sunset. After the tour in the evening the driver will take you back to your hotel.

Day 4: Quad Bike Adventure

You will be picked from the hotel at 07:30am and transfer to Kiwengwa for morning off-road Quad Bike Adventure which begins at 09:00am with a drive via the village of Kiwengwa. Along with the guide you will slowly drive on the main road between fishermen houses and local activities up to Pwani Mchangani for the first stop at the main square (cross junction) where it’s possible to buy some gifts for the local community like rice, food or school stationeries. You then proceed to Kinyasini village driving through the typical village of Kandwi and its beautiful rice fields where you stop to let our guide explain the economy of the island and give information about the natural aspects of the area. You will then arrive at thelocal mud houses where you will get to know different traditions and cultures surrounded by the youngest members of the community and their shining smiles.

You will then head back to Pwani Mchangani area: driving through fishermen villages with houses made of coral, visiting the local fish market (Soko la Samaki) and then last stop at Waikiki for some refreshments. The tour ends at 12:30pm with the drive back to Kiwengwa, after that the driver will take you back to the hotel

Day 5: Ride/Swim with a horse & Jetski Ride

In the morning after breakfast (depending on the tides) our driver will take you to Nungwi for Riding and Swimming with horses. It is an incredible experience as you do this bareback with natural halters. Swimming can be done by any level of rider including inexperienced. Swimming with horses can only be done at high tide for 30 minutes (approx.)
After that the driver will take you to Kendwa beach for the Jet-ski ride. You will be given a brief instruction before starting the ride, each Jet-ski carries 2 people and the ride is only for 15 minutes per Jet-Ski. After the Jet-ski ride the driver will take you to a local restaurant for lunch before heading to back to your hotel

Day 6: Relaxation Day

Rest and relax at the beautiful Le Mersenne Beach Resort

Day 7: Departure

Pick up from Le Mersenne Beach Resort and transfer to airport for departure.
